Gerald Mason is a 2nd-Year MBA candidate at Cornell University. His focus is on impact investing through the lens of venture capital. He also serves as a Fund Manager for Big Red Ventures (BRV), an early-stage, venture capital fund operated entirely by a team of MBA students at Cornell University. In addition, he is an Environmental Finance and Impact Investing (EFII) Fellow. Prior to Cornell, Gerald worked at a boutique, agribusiness advisory firm, focusing on international development. He led capital raising mandates for African firms and provided deal flow services to Africa-focused, impact investing funds and financial sponsors. He holds a B.S. from Hampton University in Economics.
